Preventative Maintenance

All commercial refrigeration equipment requires maintenance. This insures that your equipment is running smoothly and potential problems are addressed before expensive repairs are required.

We offer preventative maintenance programs to our customers to help maintain their systems at high efficiency all year long.

Preventative maintenance agreements can be developed on a monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually basis. We can customize a preventative maintenance plan that fits with your needs.

The Preventive Maintenance Agreement includes the following:

  • Remove and replace water filters for ice machines.
  • Clear drain lines of debris and build up.
  • Chemically clean and sanitize ice machines.
  • Set temperature controls.
  • Inspect all controls and electrical connections.
  • Verify that all units are operating properly.
  • Monitor for any potential problems.

The most common causes resulting in the replacement of equipment are caused by issues that could have been prevented through the maintenance program. Don’t wait to call Cold Air Technologies, Inc. to schedule your preventative maintenance today!
